All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering requirement calculations will not count toward fulfillment.

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed.
vip1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account, provided the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been completed.
The availability of specific games on the vip1 Platform may vary from time to time due to maintenance, regulatory requirements, or provider decisions. vip1 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a game being temporarily or permanently unavailable.
All game outcomes on the vip1 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. vip1 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the respective game providers and are independently audited.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, vip1 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. vip1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
vip1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vip1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if vip1 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
You may close your account at any time by contacting vip1 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
vip1 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
